These terms cover AgentFoundry landing pages, cloud console, app pages, docs, forms, pilot intake, demos, workflow descriptions, beta environments, support, public research pages, and related DeepBrainz AI services unless a separate written agreement applies.

Acceptance, eligibility, and accounts
By accessing or using the services, submitting a form, joining a pilot, using a demo, creating an account, or using beta features, you agree to these Terms and to the DeepBrainz Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for account credentials, permissions, repository access, review, testing, approval, and deployment decisions.
- Provide accurate and updated account or contact information
- Notify DeepBrainz promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use
- Paid services, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are controlled by the applicable plan, provider, or written agreement
Acceptable use
You may use AgentFoundry public pages, product pages, and forms only for lawful product, pilot, partnership, evaluation, support, or approved engineering purposes. You may not misuse the service.
- No unauthorized access, security probing, credential attacks, malware, spam, or abusive scraping
- No infringement, unlawful content, deceptive activity, impersonation, or third-party rights violations
- No attempts to bypass approvals, safety boundaries, access controls, or review requirements
- No secrets, private keys, production credentials, regulated data, or confidential data unless the relevant product explicitly supports that use and you have authority
Input, output, review, and intellectual property
You may submit prompts, documents, code, repository metadata, tasks, messages, feedback, and other material. AgentFoundry may generate plans, code, reports, checks, review records, Proof Reports, recommendations, and other outputs. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, unsafe, or unsuitable. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before merge, release, public use, operational reliance, or deployment.
- You represent that you have all rights needed to submit input
- DeepBrainz owns AgentFoundry, related product names, page designs, content, workflows, software, documentation, and research materials unless otherwise stated
- You retain rights to information you lawfully submit, while granting DeepBrainz rights needed to provide, support, secure, and improve the services
- Feedback may be used to improve products without obligation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise
Third parties, beta features, disclaimers, law, and contact
The services may link to or integrate with hosting, analytics, customer support, payments, model repositories, developer tools, identity providers, communication tools, app stores, infrastructure providers, and external websites. Beta, pilot, preview, research, or experimental features may be incomplete, unstable, rate-limited, changed, suspended, or removed. Public pages and demos are provided as-is unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
- DeepBrainz is not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, availability, or security
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepBrainz disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
- For business users, these Terms are governed by India law and applicable disputes are subject to courts or tribunals with competent jurisdiction in India unless separate written terms state otherwise
