Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information processed through AI, model, and agentic workflow systems. You may choose not to provide some information, but doing so may prevent use of some features.
- Contact details, organization details, role, use case, support details, pilot and intake form content, subscription and unsubscribe requests
- Account, billing, applicant, payment, and business relationship information where relevant
- Prompts, documents, code, repository or tool metadata you choose to connect, run outputs, workflow logs, traces, review records, Proof Reports, diagnostics, and feedback
- Browser, device, IP address, pages visited, time spent, analytics, performance, security, abuse-prevention, and hosting logs
How we use information
We use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, support, analyze, and improve AgentFoundry and related DeepBrainz services; respond to requests; qualify and support pilots; operate agent runs; generate evidence; enforce approvals; protect the product; debug failures; meet legal duties; and communicate permitted updates.
